Our cuisine - something special

Look forward to delicious, healthy taste sensations from the kitchen of Oliver Schulz. Our experienced cook creates light, balanced meals every day or pampers you with special dishes for special occasions and holidays. We rely on high quality ingredients from selected regional suppliers.

Refined with herbs from our own garden, this creates culinary delicacies that should make you completely happy during your stay.

Our dietically trained cook Oliver Schulz is happy to assist you with everything to do with the dishes or with any questions you may have about special forms of nutrition.

The kitchen takes orders between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Rest periods: Always Thursdays and from November to Easter also Sundays (except over Christmas and New Year's Eve). In the summer months you can also use our wonderful garden terrace for dining. (Changes to the rest days are possible)

Specialties from Taubertal Valley and the region

High quality, fresh ingredients are the key to excellent cuisine and today, sustainability is a basic prerequisite. This is why we procure our ingredients from regional partners and local hunters whenever possible.

No doubt about it: lovely Taubertal Valley is not only worth seeing because of its beautiful scenery – it also features a number of tasty local dishes and specialties. Our menu reflects this, ranging from fresh-from-the-stream trout fillets and homemade green spelt burgers to local wine, mellow beer and special fine brandies.
