We will also be happy to serve you freshly prepared, changing menus in 2024. Currently, however, on fewer days than usual. The opening days of our kitchen until October 23, 2024:
If you would like to visit our restaurant on the day of your arrival, please make a binding reservation for half board in advance. On all other days of your stay, you can book your meal individually. The kitchen always accepts orders until 16:00. You are then welcome to come and eat between 18.00 and 18.30. In the summer months you can also use our wonderful garden terrace.

High quality, fresh ingredients are the key to excellent cuisine and today, sustainability is a basic prerequisite. This is why we procure our ingredients from regional partners and local hunters whenever possible.
No doubt about it: lovely Taubertal Valley is not only worth seeing because of its beautiful scenery – it also features a number of tasty local dishes and specialties. Our menu reflects this, ranging from fresh-from-the-stream trout fillets and homemade green spelt burgers to local wine, mellow beer and special fine brandies.
