Half-board / Kitchen hours:
If you would like to visit our restaurant on the day of your arrival, we ask that you make a binding reservation for half-board. On all other days of your stay, you can sign up for meals individually.
Dinner served daily except Wednesday and Thursday (subject to change)
Exceptions are possible for tour groups upon request
Half-board dinner (2-course menu); per person: €31 per day
Half-board dinner (3-course menu); per person: €38 per day
The kitchen accepts orders until 4:00 PM. You are welcome to come for dinner between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. During the summer months, you can also enjoy our wonderful garden terrace.

Parking
Reserved parking spaces at the property: €6/day (subject to availability); additional (public) parking spaces are available on the street.
Visitor’s Tax
The standard local visitor’s tax applies to all offers! The visitor’s tax is €3.50 per person starting from the first day of your stay. As a vacationer, rehabilitation guest, or spa guest, you benefit fully and directly from the visitor’s tax. This is because you gain access to many services and discounts that make your stay easier, more enjoyable, and more affordable—from free admission to spa concerts and free rides on the city bus to complimentary themed tours.
Facilities and Amenities
All our rooms are comfortably furnished with shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV, radio, telephone, and some feature a balcony. Our hotel lobby, the fireplace lounge, and the reading room invite you to relax. Self-service beverage station available 24/7. “Shuttle bus” to the spa gardens and downtown. Elevator serving all floors of the building. We are happy to provide a bathrobe upon request. Pets are not permitted. Free Wi-Fi.
Check-in
Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please notify us in advance by phone so we can provide you with the access code for the Keyboy.
Check-out
Check-out is available until 10:30 AM.
Reception
The reception desk is staffed daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Services included in package deals that are not utilized cannot, unfortunately, be changed or refunded.
